JD:
1. Responsible for the company's overseas saas project pre-sales support, project delivery, based on the project product, scope, develop the program and plan for project execution;
2. in-depth understanding of the contract scope and customer needs, management and monitoring the implementation of the plan, while organizing customer training;
3. Maintain effective communication with product and R&D related teams, conduct issue tracking and resolution, effectively identify risks, and be responsible for project acceptance and customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for the organization of the project execution process documents and archiving.
5. Combine the value points and industry difficulties that customers are concerned about, form arguments and theses, create courses, and support market and internal training activities as a facilitator and lecturer;
